Place the ravioli on greaseproof paper and allow them to completely defrost at room temperature for about 2 hours. In a large pan heat the sunflower oil (1-1.5 cm height). Once the oil has boiled, start adding the ravioli, a few at a time, and fry for about 1,5 minutes on each side. Make sure make sure the ravioli do not touch each other so as to avoid them sticking together. When they turn brown on both sides, using a colander transfer them to a plate with kitchen paper and allow the oil to be absorbed. Repeat the process until you have fried all the ravioli.
Transfer the ravioli on a plate, sprinkle with honey and serve immediately
