Pesto and parmezan spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 packet MITSIDES Spaghetti
  • 5-6 tablespoons MITSIDES Pesto sauce
  • ¾ cup parmesan, shaved or grated
  • ¼ cup pine nuts, roasted

Method

  1. Boil spaghetti in a large pan for about 10 (or according to pack instructions)
  2. When ready, drain well and return to the pan.
  3. Add pesto, pine nuts and half the parmesan and mix well.
Tip into a serving bowl and sprinkle the remaining parmesan.
