Fine grain semolina from selected varieties of durum wheat. 

Applications: Ideal for creams and puddings, ravani (Greek Semolina Cake with Orange Syrup), Galaktoboureko (semolina-based custard in phyllo), Shamali (sweet bread soaked in syrup), Bougatsa ((traditional Greek handmade phyllo folded over multiple times) and pizza bases. It is also used in the production of many Cypriot, Italian and Greek breads and in the production of various kinds of fresh and dried pasta.
