Premium Wholemeal Flour
Premium, whole wheat malt flour rich in proteins, vitamins and fibre. Can be used in combination with other bakery flours but also on its own.
It is milled from carefully selected varieties of hard wheat. It is characterized by its high water absorption, dark color and high amount of bran. It is suitable for the preparation of healthy and dietary brown bread, with few calories as well as the preparation of other fine bran bread products.
Applications: wholemeal brown bread, brown baguette, wholemeal bread sticks, wholemeal cookies, brown toast, brown sandwich, hamburger buns and many more.
