Wholemeal Stoneground Durum Wheat Flour
Stone ground Whole wheat flour, grinded in old fashioned mills from selected varieties of durum wheat. It is made from the whole grain of the wheat, from which nothing is extracted. It is rich in protein, vitamins and fibre. Ideal for the production of traditional breads. Used in combination with other bakery flours.
Applications: Whole-wheat Breads and a variation of traditional breads and rusks.
