Ingredients
For the dressing
- ½ cup raw tahini
 - ⅓ cup soy sauce
 - 1 garlic clove, grated
 - 1 Tbsp ginger, grated
 - 2 limes, juice only
 - 1 Tbsp sriracha mayo
 - 2 Tbsp sesame oil
 
For the salad
- 3 packs Mitsides Noodles (3Χ70g - without the seasoning)
 - 200g prawns, defrosted and cleaned
 - 1 Tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tsp Mitsides Vegetable Powder
 - 2 red bell peppers, sliced
 - 1 cup cabbage, shredded
 - 1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
 - 2 carrots, coarsely grated
 - 1 cup coriander, chopped
 - Sesame seeds for topping
 
Method
Cook the noodles in plenty of salted boiling water. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In the mean time in a skillet, heat the olive oil and cook the prawns. Add the vegetable powder and mix. Cook each side for 2 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Using a hand blender mix all dressing ingredients together and add ¼ cup cold water. Mix well until you have a smooth dressing.
To assemble the salad, in a large salad bowl place the noodles and add all remaining salad ingredients. Pour the dressing on top, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and serve!
