Filling (28%): Breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour, salt), assorted cheeses (24,6% of filling) [melted cheese powder (20,5% of filling) (milk, milk whey, salt, enzymes), Pecorino Romano PDO (2% of filling)(sheep’s milk, salt, rennet), Grana Padano PDO (2% of filling)( milk, salt, rennet, lysozyme from eggs)], margarine [coconut fat, vegetable oils (sunflower, soybean, rapeseed), water], ricotta (8,2% of filling)(milk, milk whey, salt), salt, flavourings, spices.
