Ingredients
- 400g Prawns
- 1 tsp Mitsides Vegetable Powder
- Anise seeds, crushed
- ⅓ tsp Chili flakes
- Pepper
- 1 tsp Mitsides Tomato Paste
- 3 Tbsp Olive oil
Method
In a mixing bowl combine all marinade ingredients well and cover the prawns. Marinate for 15 mins. In a skillet add very little olive oil and sauté the prawns until ready. Serve with rice or quinoa.
