Ingredients
- 1 pack Mitsides Maccaroncelli
 - 1 minced garlic clove
 - 2 medium sized zucchinis
 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
 - Fresh cream
 - Halloumi
 - Salt, pepper
 
Method
- Wash and chop the zucchinis
 - Heat olive oil in a pan and fry minced garlic for 2 minutes. Add the zucchini, salt and pepper and fry until golden on each side
 - Add the fresh cream and mix well
 - Meanwhile, add the pasta to a large saucepan of plenty of salted, boiling water and boil, uncovered, until al-dente. Drain, mix with the sauce, sprinkle some halloumi cheese and serve.
