  • 1 pack Mitsides Maccaroncelli
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 2 medium sized zucchinis
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh cream
  • Halloumi
  • Salt, pepper


  1. Wash and chop the zucchinis
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry minced garlic for 2 minutes. Add the zucchini, salt and pepper and fry until golden on each side
  3. Add the fresh cream and mix well
  4. Meanwhile, add the pasta to a large saucepan of plenty of salted, boiling water and boil, uncovered, until al-dente. Drain, mix with the sauce, sprinkle some halloumi cheese and serve.
