Ingredients
- 1 pack Mitsides Vegetable Noodles 70g
- 1 chicken breast, cut in cubes
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 spring onion, chopped
For the chicken marinade:
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
For the sauce:
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp chili paste
- ¼ cup water
Method
In a bowl mix all marinade ingredients and add the chicken. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
In another bowl mix all the sauce ingredients together.
In a skillet heat the sesame oil and add the spring onion. Then add the marinated chicken and cook.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan with plenty of salted water add the noodles, boil for just 2 mins and drain.
Once the chicken is cooked add the noodles and the sauce and cook for a few more mins. Serve in bowls and enjoy!
Note: While the chicken is cooking you can also add some broccoli or other greens to make it more healthy and colourful!
