Ingredients
- ½ pack Mitsides Linguine 250g
- 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp black olives
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 2 Tbsp capers
- 6 anchovy fillets, minced
- 1 pack Mitsides Passata 500g
- 1 tsp Mitsides Tomato Paste 70g
- A handful of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Method
Cook the Linguine according to pack instructions until al dente and drain.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat the olive oil and saute the garlic, olives, chilli flakes, capers and anchovies. Add the passata, paste, salt and pepper and cook for a while. Add cooked linguine and mix well. Serve hot, garnished with the parsley.
