Ingredients
- 1 frozen puff pastry sheet
- 1 pack Mitsides Passata (500g)
- 1 tsp Mitsides Vegetable Powder
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
- Grated mozzarella
- Pizza toppings of your liking (ham, mushrooms, peppers, etc)
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Defrost the pastry sheet. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the pastry sheet on the tray, slightly raising the edges so that the sauce doesn’t spill out.
In a bowl, mix the passata with the vegetable powder, olive oil and maple syrup. Spread as much sauce as you like on the base of your pizza.
Add your toppings and top with grated cheese. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 15 mins until the cheese has melted and become golden. Remove from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes and cut in square pieces.
