4 chicken breasts
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup breadcrumbs
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Mitsides Vegetable Powder
½ tsp turmeric
¼ cup melted butter
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line an oven tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, vegetable powder and turmeric. Slice the chicken lengthwise so you have a total of 8 thin chicken pieces.
Brush each piece of chicken with melted butter and then roll them in the breadcrumb mixture, making sure both sides are covered well.
Place the chicken on the oven tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning sides half-way through.
Serve preferably with spaghetti and tomato sauce.
