Ingredients
- 2 cups Mitsides Medium Beans, cooked
- 1 Mitsides Passata 500g
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 leek, sliced
- 1 tsp Mitsides Vegetable Powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- 1 Tbsp Cream cheese
- ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
In a casserole heat some olive oil and add the onion and leek. Once softened add the cooked beans, passata, vegetable powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook on low heat until the sauce has slightly thickened. Add the cream cheese and mozzarella and mix well until melted and incorporated in the sauce. Add the basil, mix well and serve.
