Fusilli Alla Caprese (With Tomatoes And Mozzarella)
- 1 packet MITSIDES Fusilli
- 500 gr. large tomatoes
- 250 gr. mozzarella
- 1 clove garlic
- 10 basil leaves
- 6 tablespoons virgin olive oil
- salt, freshly ground pepper
- Wash the tomatoes and cut with mozzarella in small cubes. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash basil and cut leaves with fingers.
- Cook fusilli following pack instructions, strain and empty in a bowl.
- Splash with oil to avoid sticking and stir in the garlic.
- Cover with the tomatoes and mozzarella and season with salt and pepper.
