  • 1 packet MITSIDES Fusilli
  • 500 gr. large tomatoes
  • 250 gr. mozzarella
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 6 tablespoons virgin olive oil
  • salt, freshly ground pepper


  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut with mozzarella in small cubes. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash basil and cut leaves with fingers.
  2. Cook fusilli following pack instructions, strain and empty in a bowl.
  3. Splash with oil to avoid sticking and stir in the garlic.
  4. Cover with the tomatoes and mozzarella and season with salt and pepper.
