Chopped Tomatoes


  • 1 pack Mitsides Spaghetti (500g)
  • 2 bunches spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1,2 lt water
  • 1 cube Mitsides vegetable bouillon
  • 1 can Mitsides Chopped Tomatoes 400g
  • 1 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 bunch basil, chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper


In a large pot, heat some olive oil and add the onion, garlic, oregano, chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes and then add the water and vegetable cube. When dissolved and boiling, add the pasta. When almost cooked, add the spinach and basil. When ready, add the feta and mix.
