Saccottini with brown butter and sage
- 1 pack Mitsides Saccottini with 4 Cheeses
- ¼ cup salted butter, cubed
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 10 fresh sage leaves
- 2 Tbsp pine nuts, toasted
- Freshly ground black pepper
Boil the Saccottini according to package instructions and drain. Add the butter to a small saucepan over medium to low heat. Add the minced garlic and sage and cook, stirring constantly, until butter begins to brown and gives off a nutty aroma (about 5-6 minutes). Remove from the heat and toss with the saccottini. Add the pine nuts, season with pepper and serve immediately.
