Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp Mitsides Vegetable Powder
- freshly ground pepper
- 3 Tbsp fresh cream
- 1 tsp butter
Method
In a medium sized bowl beat the eggs with the vegetable powder and pepper. Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the egg mixture. With a flat spatula start scraping the bottom of the eggs. Don't overcook. Add the fresh cream and continue scraping for a few more seconds. Remove from heat and serve at once!
