Ingredients
- 1 cup Mitsides orzo
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 tsp Mitsides vegetable powder
- ½ cup pecorino cheese, grated
- ¼ cup fresh cream
- ½ bunch of Cyprus rocket, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Method
Heat a medium sized skillet. When hot, add the pepper and let it heat for about a minute. When fragrant add the orzo and mix. Add the boiling water and vegetable powder. Cook on low heat until water has been absorbed and orzo is cooked. Add the grated cheese and mix. Add salt and pepper. Add the fresh cream and mix. Add the rocket and mix again. You can add more cheese and pepper if you like. Serve immediately!
