Chopped Tomatoes


  • 1 can MITSIDES Chopped tomatoes  (400g)
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove,finely  chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh coriander , chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 fresh chilies, chopped (always use gloves when handling chilies)
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper


Drain some of the liquid from the chopped tomatoes and place in a mixing bowl. Mix with the coriander, onion, lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Add  the chopped chilies according to taste. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
