Tips: Homemade breadcrumbs
- 2 cups rustic bread, cut in cubes
- 1 tsp Mitsides Vegetable powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ¼ cup olive oil
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spread evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool completely. Store in a zip lock bag and smash to make fine breadcrumbs.
