Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, skin on, cut in quarters
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 5 Tbsp hot water
- 1 tsp Mitsides Vegetable Powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- pepper
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the water with the vegetable powder and rub on the potatoes. Place the potatoes in a pyrex lined with parchment paper, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Place at the lower part of the oven, cover with foil and bake for 20 mins. Uncover and cook for 20 more mins.
