Aglio e Olio Spaghettini
- 1 pack Mitsides Spaghettini
- 2 cubes Mitsides Natural Bouillon for Pasta
- ¾ cup olive oil
- 1 head garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt & pepper
- ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Parmesan, freshly grated
In a large saucepan with plenty of boiling water add the bouillon cubes. Once dissolved, add the pasta and cook following pack instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water and then drain.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Once the oil is simmering add the garlic and pepper flakes. Cook on low heat until garlic turns lightly brown. Add salt and pepper.
Turn the heat off, add the drained pasta and parsley and mix well. You can add some of the pasta water if needed. Serve immediately with plenty of grated parmesan.
