Ingredients
- 1 pack Mitsides Linguine (500g)
- 2 cubes Mitsides Vegetable Bouillon
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 4 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- ½ tsp garlic, minced
Method
In a pot with plenty of boiling water add the vegetable cubes. Once dissolved, add the pasta and cook following pack instructions. Towards the end, reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix all remaining ingredients.
Once the pasta is ready, drain and add to the bowl, along with the reserved pasta water. Mix well and serve!
