Ingredients
- 1 pack Mitsides Spaghetti (500g)
- 1 pack Mitsides Passata (500g)
- 1 pack Mitsides Chopped Tomatoes (400g)
- 1 ½ litre boiling water
- 2 cubes Mitsides Vegetable Bouillon
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic glove, minced
- 1 Tbsp mixed herbs
- 1 Tbsp Mitsides Vegetable Powder
- 2 cups Mozzarella or Regato cheese, grated
- A handful of fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Some olive oil
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour the boiling water in a large pot and add the vegetable cubes. Once dissolved, add the passata, chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic, herbs, vegetable powder and mix. Once it starts to boil add the spaghetti and cook for 7-8 minutes until al dente.
Remove from the heat and transfer the pasta to a baking dish. Add the grated cheese, basil and a couple of spoons of olive oil and mix. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake until cheese has melted, for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve!
