Quinoa with cinnamon, honey and fruit
- 60g Mitsides white quinoa
- 300ml water
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- some pineapple, cut in cube
Wash the quinoa in cold water, rinse and add to a small saucepan. Add the water and cinnamon and bring to a boil. Add the raw honey and cook for 10 minutes or until water has been fully absorbed. Let it cool.
Add the quinoa in a bowl and top with more cinnamon powder, pineapple cubes or any other chopped fruit or nuts your child likes.2
