Ingredients
- 1 pack Mitsides Tagliatelle (350g)
- 1 jar Mitsides Napoletana Sauce
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp Mitsides Vegetable Powder
- 1 pack Burrata cheese, crumbled
- 4 slices ham (preferably prosciutto cotto), cut in thick slices
- Some grated parmesan or dry anari cheese
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Soak the tagliatelle nests in hot water for 10 minutes. Mix the tomato sauce with the milk and vegetable powder. Spread a layer of sauce to a pyrex and place the tagliatelle nests on top in one layer. Top each nest with some ham and burrata. Cover the tagliatelle with the rest of the sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 30 minutes until pasta is cooked.
