Συστατικά
- 1 cup cooked Mitsides Basmati Rice, cooled
- 1 ripe avocado, smashed
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha mayo
- Chives for garnish
For the salmon sashimi
- 300g raw fresh salmon
- 1 φλιτζάνι χυμό λάιμ
- 1 κουταλιά σάλτσα σόγιας (soy sauce)
- 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 Tbsp Mirin sauce
Μέθοδος
Place the fresh salmon in the deep freezer for at least 2 hours. Then defrost and cut in cubes.
Mix all the salmon sashimi ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Place the cooked rice in a sandwich toaster and press down until crispy.
Top with avocado, cucumber, sashimi, sriracha mayo and chives
